Refund Terms & Conditions

Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any booking with Momin Travels LLC.

Important Notice: By booking any service with Momin Travels LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the refund terms and conditions stated below. These terms are legally binding and govern all transactions between the client and Momin Travels LLC.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation will only be considered effective upon written confirmation from Momin Travels LLC.
  • Verbal cancellations or assumptions will not be accepted.

Service Rendering Definition

  • Services shall be considered rendered once any booking, reservation, processing, or supplier engagement has been initiated, regardless of whether travel has commenced.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to unused and recoverable services.
  • All refunds are strictly subject to third-party supplier policies (airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa authorities).
  • If any supplier denies a refund, the same will not be payable to the client.
  • Refund amounts are not guaranteed and depend entirely on supplier recovery.

Cancellation Charges

  • Momin Travels LLC reserves the right to deduct up to 25% of the total package amount as administrative and service charges.
  • This represents minimum operational, administrative, and opportunity costs incurred.
  • Additional deductions may apply, including but not limited to: Airline penalties, Hotel cancellation policies, Currency exchange losses, Payment processing fees.
  • All charges are non-negotiable and at company discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Visa fees and processing charges
  • Travel insurance
  • Airline tickets (non-refundable or partially used)
  • Hotel bookings marked non-refundable
  • Ground transport once booked
  • Service, consultation, and processing fees

Partial Usage Policy

  • If any component of the package has been utilized (flights, hotels, visa, transport), that portion will be considered fully consumed and non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 180 days (6 months) from the official cancellation date.
  • This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed deadline.
  • Delays may occur due to supplier timelines and banking processes.
  • No compensation, interest, or penalties shall apply for delays.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
  • If not feasible, an alternative method will be used at company discretion.
  • All bank charges, exchange losses, and transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Third-Party Supplier Responsibility

  • Momin Travels LLC acts solely as a facilitator/agent between the client and service providers.
  • The company is not responsible for: Supplier failures, Overbookings, Schedule changes, Service deficiencies.
  • All such matters are governed by supplier policies.
  • The company is not obligated to provide supplier invoices or internal documentation.
  • The client acknowledges that airline ticket refunds, where applicable, are governed solely by the airline's policies and may be processed directly to the original payment method used at the time of booking. In such cases, Momin Travels LLC does not receive, hold, or control these funds and shall bear no responsibility or liability for the processing, timing, or receipt of such refunds.
  • The client agrees not to hold Momin Travels LLC liable for any airline-issued refunds, including cases where refunds are delayed, reduced, or denied by the airline.
  • The client further agrees that any refund received directly from the airline shall be considered separate from any refund processed by Momin Travels LLC and shall not entitle the client to duplicate claims or additional refunds from the company.

Supplier Delays

  • Refunds are dependent on receiving funds from suppliers.
  • In case of supplier delays, the client agrees to wait until funds are received.

Force Majeure

  • Momin Travels LLC is not liable for cancellations or losses due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to: War or political unrest, Government restrictions or travel bans, Pandemics or health emergencies, Airline disruptions, Natural disasters.
  • In such cases: Refunds depend on supplier policies. The company may offer rescheduling, travel credit, or alternatives instead of refunds.

Pricing & Currency Fluctuations

  • All prices are subject to change due to: Currency fluctuations, Supplier rate changes, Availability at time of booking.
  • The company is not responsible for any increase after quotation.
